Send read receipts in Letters on Mac

Y'all can send read receipts and so that people you text know when you've read their messages.

You tin can send read receipts for all conversations or for but one conversation. If you lot plow on read receipts for all conversations, you lot tin still plow them off for a unmarried chat—and vice versa.

Open Letters for me

Ship read receipts for one conversation

1. In the Messages app on your Mac, select a conversation.

2. Click the Details button in the top-correct corner, and then select Ship Read Receipts.

Send read receipts for all conversations

1. In the Messages app on your Mac, choose Letters > Preferences, and then click iMessage.

2. In the Settings pane, select "Send read receipts."
